Implemented frontend features using in-house functional wrapper for React. Managed service requests for 3 applications in production: classifying, responding to, and solving issues. Set up custom caches to sustain peak loads (~10k users) on booking site. Refactored data handling to be asynchronous of a 10+ year old desktop application used by pharmacies. Advised on: integrating webinar suites in existing ticketing system for hybrid events; implementing measurements for analytics.
